Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026

This policy describes the intended data handling for JARVIS Assistant, an AI assistant developed by Vecotex Limited. JARVIS is currently under development. The practices described here must be reviewed against the actual deployed configuration before public launch.

Google Calendar access

When a user chooses to connect Google Calendar, JARVIS requests access through Google OAuth. Depending on the permissions granted and features enabled, this may allow JARVIS to retrieve calendar events and associated details, and to perform calendar actions requested by the user.

Purposes of processing

Calendar information is used to fulfil the user's calendar-related requests and provide relevant assistant functionality. OAuth credentials may be retained securely to maintain access until revoked or expired.

Service providers

JARVIS may rely on external infrastructure and AI service providers to process requests. Before launching the service publicly, Vecotex will identify relevant providers and accurately document any transfers of Google user data to them.

Retention and security

Access credentials and related data should be protected against unauthorised access. Data retention periods and deletion procedures will be documented based on the application's actual storage configuration before public release.

User control

Users can revoke the app's access in their Google Account connections. Additional requests about data access or deletion can be directed through the contact channel published by Vecotex.

Google API user data

Any use of information received from Google APIs must comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
